AI assistant for a climbing and kids' party centre
It answers questions on WhatsApp, puts together proposals and stops replying when someone on the team takes over.
The starting point
The centre gets questions about classes and parties on WhatsApp, along with party requests that turn into proposals, and some clients disappear in the middle of the conversation.
What I did
At Tezaraki, I set up this centre's AI assistant, and I keep improving it and looking after it.
What it does today
- Answers questions about classes and parties.
- Puts together party proposals.
- Records the contact in the team's system.
- Picks the conversation back up when the client goes quiet.
- Stops replying when someone on the team takes over.
- Outside opening hours, it can wait until opening time to reply, depending on the settings.
