Simora
I built the first version of Simora, a client's property system, with a website, a listings dashboard and an AI chat.
The starting point
A client asked for the first version of a property system: a website with the listings, a dashboard to add the properties and an AI chat that answers questions about them.
What I did
I built this first version as a contractor for Solvit: the website, the dashboard and the chat. Later I set up a demonstration copy to show the system.
What the system does
Property search with filters for price, bedrooms, area and neighbourhood. A dashboard to add properties and photos and see the listings in numbers. A chat that answers questions about the listed properties.
Technical details
Tools used: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Remult, and Tailwind CSS.
